Little Willie Littlefield's career goes all the way back to the postwar Texas period. He is the original composer of Kansas City. Willie is a phenomenal Boogie Woogie piano player truly the last of the living masters of Boogie and Blues. Since Willie's arrival in Europe in 1978, he performed at an uncountable number of concerts and festivals, such as The Montreux festival and the world’s biggest blues festival in Chicago.In 1992 Willie was invited to perform and act in the Australian movie: Love and Limbo: Many things in Willie’s life changed over the years since he first started his recording career in 1948. But he is still working as a piano player and an entertainer with the same energy and enthusiasm as in his early years. His unique style and exciting stage presence guarantee the audience a swinging and most pleasant experience.
We are very pleased that Willie attends for the third time An Evening With The Blues.
